Job Description:
Great full-time sales opportunity available with a young, growing company. Pacer Financial is an independent wholesaling firm representing various financial products such as: ETF’s, separate accounts, 401k’s, mutual funds and annuities. Multiple advisor channels are being targeted. Applicants must be self motivated and able to work independently, as well as with a team, to provide outbound sales calls to advisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing consultative sales strategies to financial advisors and delivering the right product and business solutions for their business
- Help the Regional wholesaler manage their territory
- Help advisors identify ways to attract new clients as well as retain existing relationships
- Exhibit proactive sales techniques, both independently and through the joint effort of a Regional wholesaler, that leads to increased revenue
Advancement possible to external sales.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in sales environment with a proven successful track record. Sales experience to financial advisors a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills highly regarded as well as a strong understanding of financial markets.
Required Education/Licensing:
Four Year College degree required
FINRA Series 7 & 63 & 65 (or 66) needed for position
Advanced degrees or professional designations such as CFP, ChFC, CLU, a plus
